Industrialize

Industrialize when the capability works, adoption is repeatable, economics hold, controls are dependable, and broader use is justified.

Industrialization may involve stronger infrastructure, integration, monitoring, support, documentation, and governance. It should not be automatic merely because a pilot succeeded. A small workflow can remain small if that is where it creates the most value.
