Industrialize

Industrialization is justified when the capability works, people adopt it repeatedly, the economics hold, controls are dependable, and broader use makes sense. It may require stronger infrastructure, integration, monitoring, support, documentation, and governance.

A successful pilot gives you something to examine; it doesn't make expansion automatic. If a small workflow creates its best value at that size, you can keep it small. Decide how much dependability and scale the business actually needs.
