Executive AI Intensive

Four weekly live sessions for 4–10 noncompeting companies. You work one meaningful business problem through and leave with a selection and testing plan plus a 90-day action plan.

Adam handles: Guiding the discussion, evaluating options and helping your team decide.
You bring: One real problem and active participation each week.
Fee: CEO Cohort $2,500 per company. Private Leadership Intensive, run for your leadership team alone, $25,000 per company. Both paid upfront.

Testing and implementation

A selected idea can become a small, useful test. If the evidence justifies moving forward, implementation is a separate scope rather than an assumption hidden in the first engagement.

Ongoing leadership and advice
