Name the behavior change

Every experiment should state the behavior required for value to appear.

“Deploy a knowledge assistant” is an implementation statement.

“Customer-support agents use the approved assistant before escalating a policy question, and they correct or flag answers that lack a source” is a behavior statement.

The second can be observed. It also exposes the work required: access, trust, response quality, source visibility, correction, and escalation.
