Name the behavior change

This step turns a proposed capability into something you can observe people using. Do it before writing the experiment card so the team can see what has to change for value to appear.

“Deploy a knowledge assistant” describes implementation. It leaves the working behavior unstated. A more useful description is: “Customer-support agents use the approved assistant before escalating a policy question, and they correct or flag answers that lack a source.”

Now you can observe whether that happens. You can also discuss the access, trust, response quality, source visibility, correction, and escalation it requires. Write the equivalent behavior for your candidate, check it with the users, and carry those conditions into the scope and measures.
