If business impact is zero, stop. A feasible project with no meaningful outcome is still a bad investment.

If adoption friction scores zero, stop. A technically successful system that people will not or cannot use is not a successful system.

These gates protect the organization from two common temptations: building something impressive that does not matter, and building something valuable in theory that cannot survive contact with work.
