The scoring conversation

Have the process owner, representative users, an economic owner, and someone responsible for risk participate. Let users speak before the most senior leader. Ask for disagreement rather than averaging it away.

If finance scores impact at five and operations scores it at two, the gap is information. If leadership scores adoption at five and users score it at one, the gap may be the entire project.
