Five business systems

The five systems are:

  1. Generate Revenue — how the company creates demand, wins business, prices, sells, and collects.
  2. Deliver Value — how the product or service is produced, fulfilled, supported, and improved.
  3. Support Operations — the recurring work that keeps delivery reliable and the organization functioning.
  4. Enable Everything — the capabilities that help people coordinate, learn, communicate, and act.
  5. Govern & Protect — how the company manages money, risk, compliance, access, accountability, and continuity.
