Use this page to turn the review requirements identified in Chapter 6 into a working control. List the outputs and actions requiring a named person, then define what that person needs to examine before approving them.

A reviewer needs access to the relevant source and enough understanding to make the judgment. A checkbox alone won't give them that. Test the arrangement on the bounded workflow and carry any gaps into the next decision about readiness.
