This page tells people what they can use and where they need help or approval. Prepare it before relevant tools enter the workflow, using language a manager can explain during an ordinary working day.

State:

• which tools may be used on company accounts;
• what kinds of data may and may not enter them;
• which activities require additional approval;
• who receives training and when;
• how an employee reports a mistake or concern.

Check the page against a real task so you can see whether an employee could follow it. Then make it available alongside the workflow and review it as the tools or uses change.
