We'll return throughout the book to Musou Movement, a coaching platform developed from March through September 2026. Sean, the founder and head coach, began with three jobs: managing a community, deepening engagement, and giving each member a path shaped by his teaching. Coaches and clients then helped the team see what deserved attention as they used it.
The case is condensed from project history, approved plans, implementation records, the application structure, and direct coach and client feedback. It shows how use can challenge a plan and make the next business decision clearer. It doesn't establish that every company should build software or follow Musou's sequence.
