Move completed and stopped work out of the active view so the portfolio reflects commitments people still have to manage. Preserve the final evidence and decision where the team can find them.

That history helps the company avoid repeating an experiment without realizing it or reopening an idea without understanding why it stopped. The active list stays useful while the learning remains available.
