The pressure to “do something with AI” will keep changing shape. New tools will make old demonstrations ordinary. Capabilities that look expensive today will become cheap. Risks that seem theoretical will become familiar. Some early moves will work. Others will not.

You cannot eliminate that uncertainty with a longer roadmap.

You can build a company that makes better decisions inside that uncertainty.

Map the business. Choose one costly friction. Buy evidence cheaply. Manage what follows. Keep the maturity appropriate to the outcome. Treat adoption as part of the product. Separate priority from sourcing. Fund what earns the right to expand. Stop what does not.

Then do it again.

That is how to do all of this.
