Stop

Stop when the outcome is too small, adoption does not occur, guardrails cannot be maintained, cost exceeds the plausible value, or the experiment fails to reduce the important uncertainty.

Stopping is not an accusation. State the expected range, the observed result, and the reason. Thank the owner and users for producing evidence. Record the re-entry condition if one exists.
