Describe the test below, pick the rhythm your company already keeps, and the same experiment comes back in that vocabulary — ready to paste into the place your team will actually look at it.
Describe the test you are running
Nothing here is saved, sent, or required. Type as much or as little as you have; the translation builds as you go and disappears when you close the page.
In EOS / Traction
Rock
Name the bounded test and give it one owner and one date. It belongs in the quarterly commitment list, not beside it.
Scorecard line
The measure and the stop rule become a weekly line, so the experiment is visible between reviews rather than only at the end.
Level 10 agenda item
The decision date goes on the leadership meeting agenda as a decision to be made, not a status update.
Issues list
Each deferral carries its re-entry condition, so a not-now is a recorded decision that can return rather than a dropped idea.

The direction the experiment serves belongs in whatever document already holds it. Compass does not ask you to keep a second one.
None of this endorses a particular system, and Compass is not a competitor to EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, or any other cadence you already run. What matters is that the experiment has an owner, a measure, a decision date, and a place where someone will look at it.
