The Compass reference is addressed to the person who runs the company — and it is free here in full, no email, no gate. It is the method you would be running: the chapters are the run-sheets and the appendices are the working templates. Nothing is held back, because there is no paid tier, and this site is where it is kept current.
Connect the server and your assistant can read the whole current reference with you, including the templates and worksheets. The free worksheets are the paper version.
Stuck on something specific
A fee you cannot set, a qualifying call on Thursday, an engagement that has gone sideways. I coach one-off sessions on a single named problem. No program, no retainer. Case by case, and I will say if it is not worth a session.
